We all need a little direction right? I have found so many things that I'm just loving! It has taken me some time to find all these goodies, and will take me a few days to post it all! But here we go :)
These are the best dishes! I love these! Most people pile the food on their plates and don't realize how much they are actually eating. Usually portion control plates are ugly as sin, but these ones are really cute! There are a few different designs to choose from!
So apparently there is this whole world of flavorings I had no idea about! I mean I have seen it in coffee shops but never thought about bringing them into my home! Check out all these sugar free flavors!

I hate when you try to find a good protein bar, and it tastes like junk or is junk. These are the best! I love that you can setup on autoship too!
This is my absolute favorite magazine!!! I buy every issue and after I'm done it goes on my bookshelf (if I haven't cut it apart and put it in my notebooks!!!)
The only thing to say about this next one is....if you haven't bought this, do it now! I love the Eat Clean Diet with Tosca Reno and love love love her site!!! Her husband is the editor of the Oxygen Magazine. They make a great team!!!
I get so frustrated trying to find workout stuff. Not the exercises but the gear that are the must haves. I will compile this list and eventually add pictures. My iPad seems to boycot doing anything fun! This page will continually be added too so keep checking back.

I was NOT sold on these! I really had a hard time convincing myself to look like a complete idiot. I debated getting them for over a year. A friend of mine had some and claimed he loved them. I asked how they were for running and he said, "oh there is no way you can run in them," THAT convinced me I had to. I am not someone you tell things like that too! My mama says I'm stubborn...as do my husband and best friends....I call it being situationally motivated.
I bought the shoes, and did a little research on them before my first run. I suffer from severe shin splints and had stress fractures in high school. As much as I love running, it is incredibly painful for me. I couldn't find shoes that worked with the fact that I run on the outsides of my feet....most people run on the insides of their feet. Most shoes are built with a post on the inside ( look at the gray area on the inside of the shoe, that is the post). This causes people who run like me even more stress on their shins. When you run in shoes it is a heel, ball of foot and off the toes pattern. Your heel takes the shock of the step and transfers it to your shins and lower legs.
Enter the Vibrams. I did a lot of research on these shoes and finally figured it was the best option. I hate shoes...I wear flip flops year round (unless the lupus inspired arthritis is causing me foot pain) and then it is my UGGs. Anyways...you run with a ball of foot to heel pattern. CRAZY! After two 3 mile runs my CALVES ARE SOOOO SORE! The good sore though...I don't have an ounce of shin pain. That means that my MUSCLES not my BONES are being used. My running is smooth, effortless now. I am truly sold on these ugly little shoes!!! If you suffer from shin pain...get yourself a pair. Sports Chalet has an amazing return policy so if you don't like them...you can return them but I pro I've that won't happen.
APPS
I have played with quite a few apps and right now I love the HIIT Interval Training Timer by Giorgio Regni It lets you set your times of rest and work and plays over your music a little buzzer for when to start and stop. It is a visor less stop watch that I love!
My second favorite so far is the miCoach by Adidas. I like that you can upload your runs and shoes used during the run and notes on the runs to the Internet and it gives you a detailed log. Useful for progression for sure.
WEBSITES
I have a few that I love but so far Oxygen Magazine is my favorite. It has everything for someone trying to change their eating to a eat clean diet. I still am struggling making the full transition...again...but I'm getting their slowly.
