Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
4 scoop of protein powder (I prefer vanilla)
2 cup rolled oats
4 tbsp Peanut Butter (fresh from the store)
4 egg white
8 packs of stevia ( or another sweetener )
2 TBS baking powder
- filling, you could use chocolate chips, banana, dried strawberries, raspberries, carob chips, coconut
-I am going to try adding 1/2c applesauce....we will see how this goes!
Oven 350 degrees, line cookie sheet with parchment paper, combine all ingredients in bowl, shape into balls , place on cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes!
This recipe makes about 20 good sized cookies, which are very very filling! At 20 cookies they contain about 7.5 grams of protein per cookie! I personally don't skimp on the chocolate chips, as it is great to get good quality chocolate.
No Bake Panut Butter Protein Cookies
1 cup almond milk unsweetened
3 scoops protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup natural almond or peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or other filler
Mix and spread flat in a casserole dish and place in the fridge. They are a little gooey!
